NASA’s Rover Curiosity Is Still Exploring Mars!

I think this is a fascinating mosaic image produced by the Mars Rover Curiosity. One could easily imagine this being taken in some desert on Earth, yet it is Mars, another world!
Curiosity landed on the Red Planet August 6, 2012. As of August 5, 2019, it had traveled 13 miles and ascended 1207 feet from its original landing site exploring, testing rock/soil samples, and taking images.
Incredible when you think about it.
While NASA has had problems, unfortunately its numerous successes are frequently overlooked and ignored.
Bravo to the many people who designed, built, and continue keeping Curiosity going!
